DESCRIPTION:Soft\, textured\, and beautifully reversible -brioche knitting is a technique you’ll fall in love with. \nIn this hands-on workshop\, you’ll learn the fundamentals of both knit and purl brioche in one and two colours\, all worked on straight needles. \nMonica will guide you through brioche terminology (no more confusion!) and help you create sample swatches to practise your new skills. \nBy the end of the session\, you’ll be ready to take your knitting further – whether that’s tackling projects or moving on to brioche in the round. \nAll worksheets will be available for you to take home. \nEnjoy a welcoming\, sociable atmosphere as you learn something new alongside fellow knitters. \nPLEASE SEE ‘MORE INFORMATION’ FOR MATERIALS YOU WILL NEED. \nSuitable for: Confident knitters (able to knit and purl). \nAbout your facilitator – Monica RusselMonica is a knitwear designer and teacher who loves working and designing  with colours and being creative with her designs. She has run her business  The Knitknacks for 14 years during which she has developed a reputation for  her Fair Isle patterns and her ability to teach knitting to beginners and  advanced learners who wish to expand their skills. \nMonica has had 9 books published by Search Press and has designed for a number of knitting magazines including Mollie Makes\, Knitting\, Knit Now and Simply Knitting.
